Can I buy a single bottle?
No. Every product is sold as a complete supplier carton. / 不支持单瓶销售。
Can I build a mixed carton?
No. Products and flavours cannot be mixed inside a supplier carton. You can order different full cartons in the same order.
When can I place an order?
Visible products can be preordered at any time. Supplier availability is confirmed after payment.
Which postcodes support delivery?
Current supported postcodes are 4814 and 4869.
How much is delivery?
The minimum delivery order is $39.00. Standard delivery is $7.90, and delivery is free over $79.00.
How does store pickup work?
Choose a pickup location and time at checkout. Wait for the ready notification; orders are usually ready in 2-3 个工作日.
What happens if a supplier cannot fulfil an item?
We will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or refund for the unavailable item.
What happens after a missed delivery?
We will contact you to arrange the next step. Orders are not left unattended unless agreed.
Do you supply workplaces?
Yes. Submit the Business Orders enquiry with the address, expected weekly cartons and products of interest. We will review availability and delivery arrangements.
How are payments processed?
Online payments are handled by Stripe. The store does not keep complete card details.
