Full-carton sales
Products are sold in complete supplier cartons. Single-bottle and mixed-carton purchases are not offered unless a product is explicitly published in another pack size.

Product availability
Visible products may be ordered at any time, but fulfilment remains subject to supplier availability. Product images and packaging may be updated by the supplier.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The final checkout total includes any applicable delivery fee and is processed through Stripe.
Delivery
Customers must provide an accurate supported postcode, delivery address, date and time. Someone should be available during the selected delivery window.
Store pickup
Customers must wait for the ready notification and present the pickup code when collecting an order from the selected location.
Business enquiries
Submitting a Business Orders form is an enquiry, not a supply agreement. Products, pricing, quantities, delivery area and schedule must be confirmed separately.

Customers are responsible for providing correct email and mobile details so order and fulfilment updates can be received.
